High street furniture delivery
My furniture got delivered to my store on Main Street by two drivers, they were really nice and friendly even though finding a parking spot was tough. I really liked their positive vibes and how they went the extra mile. It's not easy to come across such great service nowadays, so big shoutout to Mark and Kev for setting such a high standard. Misleading price quote
I recently booked a rental car package through a travel website and I have to say, it was a major let down. The price I was initially given ended up being different from what I actually had to pay. Even though I paid most of it upfront, I was still asked to fork over an extra $75 directly to the rental car company. When I reached out to customer service to sort out the situation, they were not helpful at all. First, they told me to contact the rental car agency myself, even though I booked through their site. Then, they tried to pass it off as just an estimate, even though they said all bookings were final. And on top of that, they falsely accused me of requesting a car upgrade from the rental agency. I feel frustrated and deceived by this whole ordeal, and I definitely won't be using their website again in the future.

This provider has amazing coverage and signal quality, plus you get super fast 5G+. Not every prepaid cell phone company can say that! I really like that I can buy roaming packages for when I go to Mexico and Canada. The prices are really good and having extra data options is a big bonus for me, since I'm always on the move.

But let me tell ya, that's when things started going downhill, eh? I tried getting in touch with customer service a bunch of times over the course of a week, but never heard a peep back, eh? The phone number they had listed on their site just sent me to an email address, and even after I shot off a bunch of emails, I never heard back, eh? This whole lack of communication thing really made sending the item back a huge pain in the butt and took up a bunch of my time, eh?
