Winter coat for my daughter
I was so pumped when I found this super cute winter coat for my daughter at La Baie. The selection they had was pretty awesome, and the quality looked really great. But man, when it came time to pay, I couldn't believe the price. It was way too high for what it was, and I felt like they were ripping me off. The service was alright, nothing amazing but not terrible either. The staff seemed kinda indifferent, which was a bummer given the store's reputation. The ordering part was easy, no problems there. But when it finally arrived, it took way longer than I expected, which just added to my frustration with the whole thing.

Travel pillow
I bought a travel pillow from this website recently and it's turned into a total disaster. It's been two months since I ordered it and I still haven't gotten it. The tracking info says it's in a different country and hasn't been unloaded yet, which is obviously not right. Trying to reach customer service has been useless because my emails keep bouncing back, so I'm stuck with no way to get help. It's so annoying to have spent money on something that never showed up and not be able to get a refund because the company won't communicate.
