2 pairs of shorts
I bought 2 pairs of shorts on Monday and they came the next day. But when I tried them on, they were too big. I phoned customer service to swap them for a smaller size. The lady I talked to was really helpful. She made sure the right size was sent to me in Ireland that same day, without any extra cost. Plus, she went out of her way to find the color I wanted, even though it was sold out in their store but available elsewhere. I shop online a lot, and I have to say, this was a great experience that went above and beyond what I expected.

Man, this game is awesome! The graphics are amazing and the gameplay is top-notch. I enjoy fighting battles at sea with different ships and strategizing to beat my opponents. The community is really cool too, always lending a hand and having fun together. I totally suggest this game to all my buddies!

Subsription renewed without permission
Eh, so I was like, I thought I cancelled my subscription, but they went and renewed it anyway! I had to call them up and be all "Um, excuse me, I already cancelled this" and they finally stopped it. But now I'm still waiting for my refund, hello?! And like, everyone I talked to there was so rude and not helpful at all. Ugh, not impressed at all.

Monet's Gardens full day tour
My experience with this tour company was so disappointing and frustrating. I booked a full day tour to Monet's Gardens, but they stuck me on a bus with folks who just booked a half-day tour. So there I was, stranded two hours outside of Paris with no clue how to get back. The tour guide didn't even bother to tell us about the second bus to Paris. I waited in the parking lot for an hour, asking all the bus drivers, but no luck. I tried calling customer service, sending messages on WhatsApp, and even contacting the tour guide directly, but no one helped me out. I had to call an Uber, paying extra just to get back to Paris. Their customer service was basically non-existent, they barely tried to fix things. Even when they admitted their mistake, they wouldn't refund me for the Uber. It made me feel so ignored and disrespected. Bottom line, be careful if you're thinking of booking with this tour company because my experience was a huge letdown.

I had a really good experience with the customer service team. They were super quick in getting back to me about my question and they fixed the problem I had with my missing refund really efficiently. Bought stuff in November, Can't reach Customer Service
I picked up some awesome clothes back in November, but now I can't get through to anyone at their customer service. I've called so many times, but it just keeps ringing. I got all my Christmas gifts from them, now I'm freaking out. I wish I had checked out the reviews about their shipping ahead of time. I really hope they respond to my emails soon, or else I'll have to report them for fraud.

This photo editing software is awesome for making gorgeous art from your photos. It's really easy to use and has so many options to choose from that can fit anyone's style. I was surprised at how quick I could get results on my not-too-fancy computer (just a notebook) without any problems. The customer service was top-notch too, always quick to answer my questions. Those whitening strips I got from this company were a total waste of money. They didn't whiten my teeth at all, and they made my teeth so sensitive that eating and drinking hurt for days.
