My recent purchase
Eh, so I made a purchase from BladeCity not too long ago, and I gotta say, the whole experience wasn't exactly what I was expecting, eh. I put in my order back in December, and it took forever for the stuff to show up, eh. I reached out to their customer service, and they said they'd rush the shipping, but that never happened, eh. There was even a moment where I thought about cancelling my order because of the delays. But eventually, I got my stuff and I was happy with the quality, eh. Despite the hiccups at the beginning, I'm thankful that the company came through in the end and made things right.

The selection of cheeses and specialty sweets at Gourmet Food Store is really something else. I found some rare cheeses from different places that were so tasty and unique. The specialty sweets were also amazing, with everything from rich chocolates to delicate pastries. The products were top-notch and the packaging was really well done. The only downside was that the prices were a bit high, which might turn some customers away from buying often.

Yearly plan turn into monthly
I was recently having a problem with my yearly plan turning into a monthly subscription after the first year. It's been four years of putting up with the software getting worse because of the cloud thing, so I finally said, "That's it," and cancelled my subscription. But here's the kicker - I had to fork over money upfront for six months of a "yearly subscription" just so I could cancel. Talk about frustrating! It left me feeling let down and irritated with the whole situation.

Lip pencil purchase
I bought some lip pencils not too long ago and honestly, I wasn't happy with them. They were super bad quality - kept breaking and I couldn't even use them properly. I recently tried to return something I bought from this site and it was a total letdown. They said returns were free and easy, but when I tried to submit a request, it just wouldn't go through. I filled out all the info multiple times, but the stupid submit button wouldn't work. I tried contacting customer service for help, but nobody ever got back to me. Total bummer, eh?

I just bought a bulletproof vest from this company and let me tell you, I am super impressed with how well-made and strong it is.
