Luxurious towels
I really love the towels I got from this company. They're so soft and absorbent, and they've stayed in great shape even after I've washed them a bunch of times. The monogramming is a nice little extra touch that makes them feel personalized. The customer service folks were super helpful when I had questions. I'm definitely happy with my purchase.

Bot Vacuum
After dropping $800 on a bot vacuum that promised to be a game-changer, I was let down big time. The start button crapped out in under two years and the tech crew said it was some unfixable software glitch. I barely even used the thing and took good care of it, but it became useless. Not only did it have a super short life span for something so expensive, but the customer service folks wouldn't replace it since it was out of warranty. Total waste of cash on what ended up being straight-up junk.

Makeup purchase
I picked up some makeup the other day and it was alright, but some of it just didn't do it for me. The foundation and eye cream were great, but the concealer and neutralizer didn't do much for my dark circles. I had to layer it on thick and it just didn't look right. That's when I figured I'd return them. But the best part was how easy and environmentally friendly the whole return process was. I did it online and got a full refund without having to send anything back. Pretty awesome, eh?
