Box of assorted chocolates
I just ordered a box of assorted chocolates and was expecting them to arrive the next day. However, the delivery got delayed a few times, pushing it back to a few days later. I tried reaching out to customer service, but my phone calls were getting no response and my emails were being ignored. It was all just super frustrating dealing with the lack of communication and poor service. I wouldn't suggest going with this company again in the future.
