Last-minute canceled flight
Not dealing with this company anymore. I planned a trip for my mom with them and when she got sick and couldn't go, they were no help at all. Spent hours on hold only to hear that the ticket was closed and they couldn't help. I had to reach out to the airline directly, who had no problem reopening the ticket. When I tried to use the credit later, they gave me different expiration dates - even an email with a different date than what they said on the phone. Dealing with this company has been a total nightmare and I won't be using them again.

I gotta say, I was really let down by that lipstick I bought from this brand recently. The color was totally off from what I saw online, and it made my lips feel so dry. I just bought a backpack from this company, and I gotta say, I was not impressed at all. The quality was pretty low for the price I paid. The material felt kinda cheap, and after only a few hikes, I could see some wear and tear that shouldn't have happened so soon.
