Large order, mostly damaged
I just made a really big order from this one company, and let me tell you, when it arrived, I was so upset with how damaged everything was. Almost every item was wrecked, except for a few lucky ones that made it through. I decided to contact their customer service, and I was actually pretty surprised at how helpful they were. They got all my damaged items reordered and on their way to me within just a couple of hours. Even though it wasn't really the company's fault that the stuff got messed up in transit, they really went above and beyond to fix things. I'll definitely be giving them another shot.

The loan application process went pretty smoothly and efficiently, but I was kinda bummed out by the payment method since it ended up making it take longer to get the money.

Jersey and tickets
So, I scored this awesome new jersey and some tickets to an NLL game with my buddies. Let me just say, ordering online was a breeze, eh! I just clicked a few buttons and voila, all done! The service at the game was amazing, the staff were all so friendly and helped me find my seat. The prices were a bit high but you know what they say, you get what you pay for, right? And the delivery of the jersey was quick, I got it just in time for the game. All in all, I'd give it a solid 4 out of 5 - definitely would order again!
