I totally love Yoga International! There are some amazing instructors who give fresh ideas and twists to routines that I thought I knew inside out. I really enjoy the mix of classes available, especially because I'm rehabbing from knee surgery and can't do all the poses I used to. It's crucial to keep up the practice, even if I have to modify it, and the instructors here always cheer me on. I feel like they've got my back at every step of the way, no matter my ability level.

Air monitors and masks purchased
So, like, I got these two air monitors, eh? One was for inside the house, and the other was for outside. I also picked up some masks, ya know? Well, the one for inside got crazy hot, I was sure it was gonna start melting or something! And then the back just fell right off! The outdoor monitor, it just conked out on me, like, out of nowhere. And those masks, oh man. They were supposed to keep out dust, but I couldn't even breathe with them on! And get this, I bought all this stuff just a little over a year back!
