Payment issue
I recently had an issue with my payment for an order I placed. Everything seemed to go smoothly at first, but then I got a message saying I had to pay again. I had requested to pay in Euros because I wasn't used to paying in a different currency. The customer service team suggested I cancel the payment and try again with Euros, so I did. But then I got another message saying I needed to pay again. This whole situation has been really confusing and frustrating for me. It's frustrating to deal with payment problems when shopping online.

Black Flats
I just got these black flats from the company and I'm not sure how I feel about them. They're comfy and look good, just like the other stuff I've gotten from there. But this time, they were too big and gave me blisters on my heel. Luckily, the customer service team was quick to send me a smaller pair.
