Coffee machine and accessories
Eh, so I placed an order for a coffee machine and some extras from this place, and to be honest, I was a bit miffed when I saw that one of the items would take a while to arrive. But I decided to shoot them an email about it, and they got back to me pretty quick. They offered to swap it out for something they had available right away. Once that was all squared away, my order showed up super fast with all the tracking updates. I did notice that the coffee machine had a European plug, but they mentioned that in the description and even included an adapter, so it wasn't a big deal. All in all, really pleased with my purchase, especially for the price.

Rose Hydrator toner without cap
Hey, so I bought this Rose Hydrator toner, but you won't believe it, there was no cap included in the bottle! I tried calling customer service, but they never picked up. I also sent messages through their website, but still heard nothing back. Honestly, I'm done with them. I think I'll give other beauty brands a shot next time.

I've been a loyal customer of this company for so many years now. Their skincare and makeup products are top-notch, especially for us more mature folks. Yeah, they might be a bit pricier, but let me tell ya, the results are totally worth it. And the customer service at this place? A+. Anytime I've had a question or concern, they've always been quick to respond and super professional. One time, I messed up a promo code and missed out on a freebie. I shot them a quick email, and just like that, the problem was fixed and my free gift was on its way. Plus, I love their online loyalty program - getting rewarded for coming back just makes it all the more worth it.

Product received
I just got something from that store recently and I was pretty bummed out about all the extra packaging it came with. The thing I ordered was teeny tiny, only 4 inches square, but it showed up in this huge shipping box that was 18 by 12 by 6 inches. Like, what a waste! The box also had a bunch of extra stuff in it, like paper, black netting, and other junk that just ended up in the trash.

In my recent experience with SuperTrees, I bought a lovely tree for my backyard and some CBD products for myself. I was super impressed with both the tree and the CBD products - they were even better than I expected! The tree had a straight trunk and nice branches that looked awesome in my outdoor space. Don't trust that company, eh. I waited for 3 weeks for a product that they said was in stock, only to find out it wasn't actually available. No one even bothered to let me know, I had to reach out to them. I asked for something else instead but the communication was lousy and they didn't do anything to fix the problem, eh. They have my money but I don't have the product. Check out other places for electronics, eh.
