    Errant Pro X-Pack

    I recently got my hands on the Errant Pro X-Pack after doing a ton of research. It was super popular and hard to find, but I lucked out and found one from a seller in Hong Kong who shipped it to me quickly. When I finally got the pack, I was stoked to start using it, but then I noticed one of the fid-lock clasps was wonky.

    I reached out to customer service and they were on the ball with fixing the problem. Even though they didn't have any replacements in stock because of the backorders, they gave me a few options to sort things out. In the end, I bought a new fid-lock and installed it myself. To top it off, they surprised me by sending a free tech bag I had been eyeing as a goodwill gesture.

    Despite the small hiccup, my overall experience with the customer service crew was awesome. They were quick to respond, helpful, and made sure I was happy with my purchase. The Errant Pro X-Pack itself is top-notch - super stylish and it totally met my expectations.

    Multiplayer gaming experience

    I've been playing multiplayer games since the ASCII and ANSI days. Recently, I discovered a rule in a game where the Master can't be defeated by anyone or their support. An 11-week player won a major forum prize and received a bigger reward than anyone else in the game. They were given the Master spot and then disappeared.     Website malware attack

    My website got hit with malware recently, and it's been a real headache. I reached out for help over 24 hours ago, but the problem still isn't fixed.
