swimwear and bikinis
The swimwear and bikinis are so cute, but some of them don't have the right sizes. It took two weeks for delivery, which felt like forever. I didn't want to bother with sending them back because it would be too much of a hassle. The return process is in the UK too, which is not convenient at all. The styles are great, just make sure to measure yourself properly before buying. I used a tape measure and even though I've lost weight, the rings on the swimwear were poking me. Overall, the clothes are really nice, but just watch out for the sizing.

Subscription coffee return
Big thanks to Sophia for helping us out with the coffee return mishap. We sent back some coffee before the holidays, but it didn't show up as a return. We reached out to customer service and they got everything sorted out within a day. Being long-time customers, it's nice to feel appreciated. We'll definitely keep spreading the word about this place.

Eyeglasses purchase
The customer service at this store is just terrible, I can't even believe it. When I went in, the staff didn't even acknowledge me, even though I was the only one there. And on top of that, they went ahead and used my insurance info without even asking, so now I can't go somewhere else to get my glasses. When I asked them about it, they had the nerve to say that I should've known. Like really, what a shady and awful way to treat customers!

My best card ever! I couldn't find anything cool at first, but then BAM, a pretty hotel and a fancy SUV! I started two companies with their awesome benefits. Love my app too!

Video game purchase
Overall, I was pretty happy with my shopping trip to this store. The staff was quick and really helpful, but there were a few little things that stopped me from giving a perfect score. First off, I had some trouble with my usual web browser, couldn't accept cookies and all that jazz. Also, my email domain wouldn't cooperate for some reason. Despite these hiccups, I still gotta give props to the store for their awesome customer service and products.
