    I've been a happy customer of this skincare brand for a few years now. Their catalogues are always fun to flip through, though I do wish they had scratch and sniff for scents. The sales and deals they have are great, and I love getting the little samples that come with each order. One thing that really impresses me is how they give free gifts to loyal customers, often based on our purchase history or our preferences.

    Big purchase

    I made a big purchase on August 10, 2020, and normally Canada Post delivers without a hitch. But this time it's UPS, and they're struggling to locate my address. A UPS worker gave me a call asking for my address. I explained to the lady that my address is accurate, there's an intercom, you just have to buzz the apartment number and it rings on my phone. But the delivery driver didn't even make an appearance. My partner and I spent the whole day at home waiting.

    Online order, lack of packaging, missing discount adjustment

    I've been buying stuff from this store for like ten years now, and let me tell you, my last online order was a bit of a letdown. They just threw my stuff in a big box with no bubble wrap or anything to keep it safe during shipping. It's just not cool, especially since everyone's being extra careful these days with packages. And to make matters worse, I totally forgot to use a discount code when I checked out. I reached out to customer service about it, but I haven't heard anything back. Not cool at all, eh?
