Skincare and beauty products
I gotta say, I was a bit worried about ordering from here at first because of some bad reviews, but I'm happy to say that things turned out pretty good. I got myself a bunch of skincare and beauty stuff, even glass bottles, and everything came in perfect shape. Surprisingly, the delivery was quick, especially since I live out in the boonies where things usually take longer. The quality of the stuff I got was fantastic, and I'm super happy with my purchase. The only reason I didn't give a full 5 stars is that some of their prices are a bit high compared to other places, but they do have good deals on sale items which sort of evened things out. All in all, I'm really pleased with my experience and for sure will be coming back for more.
supplements, kids products
I am really happy with my experience shopping online with this retailer. I buy my supplements and kids' products from them often and they never let me down. They have a great variety of products to choose from and their website is easy to use. The shipping to my home in Nova Scotia is super quick, I usually get my packages within a week of ordering. The customer service team is amazing, they are always easy to get in touch with, know their stuff, and can quickly solve any problems that come up. Well.ca has become one of my favorite places to shop and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for unique products.
Special EVOO bottles
I recently bought two fancy EVOO bottles from Well.ca. Kinda bummed 'cause they weren't as fresh as I thought they'd be, with older harvest dates and a longer shelf stay than I was expecting. But gotta give credit where it's due, Well.ca did handle my concerns pretty fast, which I was happy about. Everybody makes mistakes, but it's all about how a company deals with 'em that makes the real difference.
Cancellation experience
Well.ca has been a bit hit-and-miss for me, but I recently had a really awesome experience with their customer service team. I needed to cancel my order and the rep I talked to was super patient, understanding, and quick in sorting everything out. The whole cancellation and refund process went really smoothly, with the money going back to my Visa without any issues. Huge shoutout to Ifeoluwa for providing such top-notch service!
Home delivery of products
I tried out this delivery service recently for some stuff I ordered for my home, and I gotta say, I was pretty let down. They went with Purolator as the courier and they totally messed up by not reading the shipping labels right, causing the delivery to be late. On top of that, I've had packages sent to the wrong place for me to pick up, which just added to the hassle. Compared to other services I've used, this one takes way too long to deliver - like, a whole week sometimes. Because of all these problems, I'm thinking about switching to a different provider that can get my stuff to my door much faster.
Medicine purchase
I really like getting my medicine from this place because the staff is awesome, always really nice and helpful. They always make sure I get my medicine when I need it, especially when I'm not feeling well. Ordering online is a breeze and they even send me reminders when it's time to reorder. It's just great!
Reasonably priced products
Well is a really good company to buy from when I'm watching my wallet. I always shop around online to check out prices before I buy, and Well usually has some pretty decent deals. Their stuff is always top quality, even if some things are a tad more expensive. They might not be as fast as Amazon when it comes to shipping, but I've always gotten my orders within a week and it's no big deal for me.
