    So I just got this new electronic toy from a company that sells intimate products. But guess what? My order went missing on its way to me. I reached out to their customer service team, and I have to say, they were amazing! They sorted out the issue super quickly and efficiently. They didn't waste any time sending me a replacement order, and it arrived in just a few days. And as a cherry on top, they even threw in a free bottle of lube! The way their customer service team took care of everything really impressed me, and it made me feel like a valued customer. The rep I chatted with was so friendly and helpful too.     damaged toy replacement

    I had a problem with my purchase recently when the product showed up all messed up, with the rubber around the charging port all torn. But I didn't let that get me down! I sent an email to customer service, attached some pictures, and included my receipt. They got back to me super quickly and sent me a new toy to replace the damaged one. The whole thing was easy-peasy, and I'm really thankful for the awesome customer service I got from the team.     App-controlled couples' vibrator

    I just bought this app-controlled couples' vibrator and I gotta say, I'm pretty bummed out with how the app is performing. Ever since the last update, my partner and I keep getting shown as offline even though we're both online, which is making it impossible to control each other's toys. Plus, the chat feature hasn't been working since the update, making it even harder for us to enjoy the product fully. I tried reaching out to customer service, gave them all the details and even sent pictures of the issues, but they still haven't fixed anything. Overall, I'm not happy with how things have been going and I'd probably advise others not to buy this product.
