The bidet I bought was really good overall, but there were some annoying things that came with it. Firstly, the list price and discount coupons kept changing all the time, which made it hard to make sure I was getting the best deal. When I tried to buy a second bidet at the same price as the first one, I had to talk to customer support about it, even though it had only been two weeks since my first purchase. That left me feeling pretty frustrated as a customer. Also, I found out there was a secret piece to help with high water pressure, but it wasn't in the instructions.
