Expensive designer dress
I recently bought something from The Outnet and let me tell you, it was a total nightmare. First off, the ordering process was a pain, their systems kept messing up and I had to go through a bunch of steps just to place my order. Then, when I had problems, their customer support was no help at all. It was like talking to a brick wall, zero assistance. And the pricing? Way too expensive for what you're getting. Plus, the delivery took forever, it felt like I was waiting forever for my package to show up. Overall, my experience was awful and I won't be shopping there again.
Order cancellation during promotion
Unfortunately, my experience shopping on the website wasn't great. I placed an order when there was a 20% off sale, but later got a message saying my order was cancelled and my money refunded with no reasons given. I tried talking to customer service to fix the problem, and eventually they gave me a 20% off code to reorder my stuff. But the whole thing left me feeling annoyed and let down as someone who's been a loyal customer. And to top it off, the contact number they had for customer service in Hong Kong didn't even work, which made it even harder to get in touch with them.
Dress
I love shopping on The Outnet, it's my go-to site for online shopping. The photos are great - they really show the details and colors of each item. The size descriptions are always right on, which is super important when shopping online. The quality of the products is always top-notch and I've never been let down with a purchase.

Dress exchange experience
It really sucks when a company doesn't meet expectations, especially when it's about customer service. My recent experience with The Outnet's dress exchange was not great. I waited a long time for the exchange, only to find out that one of the dress straps was torn with a knot in it. It looked like someone tried to fix it, so now I have a used dress that needs more sewing. This mistake is not cool and shows that the company doesn't pay enough attention to quality control and detail.
White jeans that need washing
I bought these white jeans from The Outnet, and when they arrived, they looked like someone had already worn them! There was black fluff and hair all over the inside, so I had to wash them before trying them on. What a disappointment! Luckily, they ended up fitting well, or I would have been stuck with dirty jeans forever. The Outnet has a great selection, but they really need to improve their quality control before shipping items out.

I had such a great time shopping on this website. It was honestly the best online shopping experience I've ever had. Everything was so easy and fast, and the service was top-notch.
Wrong delivery address issue
I had a really bad experience with The Outnet because I messed up and put the wrong address for my order. I called right away to fix it, but they said they couldn't cancel the order or change the address. It's frustrating and disappointing that such a small mistake couldn't be fixed.

I just wanted to say how awesome The Outnet is! Their website is super easy to use, with tons of choices. The regular delivery was surprisingly fast, way quicker than I thought. I ordered on a Monday and already had the shoes by the end of the week. The customer service team was super helpful when I had trouble with a promo code, but I'm still waiting on my refund. The shoes I bought were exactly what I was looking for, they matched the description perfectly.
Massive order
I definitely wouldn't suggest ordering from this company. I placed a big order for $3000 and all I keep getting is the same email saying my order will come tomorrow. The customer service is awful, they talk to me like I don't know what I'm doing when I ask about my order. I can't get a straight answer on if I'll even get my stuff or how to get a refund without it. Both the customer service and feedback emails have been no help at all. I would steer clear of this company - they just want your money and don't care about your problems.
Great selection, efficient delivery, well presented
I was really impressed with the clothes they had at this online store. I found some awesome deals on fancy brands like Ulla Johnson and Jonathan Simkhai. My orders came quickly and everything was in perfect shape. I totally suggest checking out this website and I'll definitely be going back for more shopping later on.
