Excellent customer service experience
I had the pleasure of working with an amazing center manager who really went the extra mile to make sure everything was taken care of for me. When I first arrived, I was greeted with a friendly and welcoming attitude. The manager, Magda, was not only nice, but also really good at getting things done quickly. She took the time to answer all my questions and made sure to address any worries I had, showing that she knew her stuff. I left feeling happy and impressed with the outstanding customer service I experienced.
Coworking space experience
The service at the coworking space was top-notch, eh? The folks at the front desk were super helpful in helping me pick the right contract, giving me all the info I needed, and making sure I was happy. The office itself was real comfy and had all the good stuff like reliable internet and other perks. But, I ran into a bit of trouble with the electronic entry thingy twice - it wouldn't cooperate, and I couldn't get a hold of anyone for help.

The manager at the center, Magdalena, is absolutely wonderful! She's so friendly and can chat with anyone. Her communication skills are top-notch and she really makes sure everyone feels valued. Virtual office rental
Don't need any small talk, just wanna get stuff done. The people working here are so nice and actually helpful, which is pretty rare. Big shoutout to Mr. Raja for always being the real MVP and helping me out whenever I have questions. The environment and atmosphere here are fantastic, making it a great place to really concentrate and get things done. Cheers!
Office suite with landline phone service
I just rented out this office space at a certain spot and man, was I let down by the lack of landline phone services. In the business game these days, lots of small businesses still need those traditional phones, you know? It was a must-have for my office. But even though I paid extra for a spot with a landline, it never got connected. I tried setting it up on my own, but there was zero tech support. I've got a bunch of emails showing the whole back and forth - promises and apologies for something that never happened.
Executive office reservation
The booking process for the executive office went really smoothly and efficiently. But man, their website was kinda glitchy and it bugged me a bit. The staff, though, were amazing! They gave top-notch customer service and really went the extra mile to make sure my reservation was all good, even when the website was acting up with payments.
Renting a meeting room
OMG, I rented a meeting room for a whole day and it was amazing! The staff was so friendly and helpful, they made everything super easy. When I arrived, I was greeted warmly and the meeting room was all ready and comfy. The staff made sure we had everything we needed all day, from tech gear to snacks. It was like a dream!

Regus experience
I went to this place for a meeting and it was pretty good actually. The folks there were nice and all. The only downside was that we had to share the room with others and the walls were paper-thin, so we could hear everything.
