Dissatisfied with customer service
I've been a loyal customer here for a while now, but I gotta say, the customer service really sucks. Every time I've had issues with my orders and tried to get help, no one picks up the phone. It's really frustrating and disappointing to be left hanging when you need support. I'm thinking of going somewhere else for my business because of this ongoing problem.
Slip-on sneakers
I had to return the shoes because they didn't fit, but I was happy to get a refund from Klarna quickly. The return process went smoothly and I was thankful for the fast customer service.
Converse Shearling shoes
I just bought a pair of Converse Shearling shoes from this website and honestly, I was so let down. The shoes I got in the mail were nothing like what I saw on their site. They were low quality and looked nothing like the Converse shoes I saw in person last weekend. It's really annoying that I can't even get a full refund - they only offered me store credit. I really wish I could give them no stars at all.
It took forever for my shoes to arrive
Oh my gosh, I can't believe it! I ordered those stylish shoes online, eh, and they ended up taking forever, like, 3 whole months to arrive! And then, guess what? When they finally got here, they were totally not what I was expecting! They were supposed to be all cute and trendy, but they were super ugly and uncomfortable, eh. What a bummer!
My shoe purchase
Oh my gosh, I ordered these shoes online and I'm so surprised I haven't received any confirmation yet! I contacted them but no one has gotten back to me. I'm starting to think I'll be in the same boat as others who have paid and received nothing. I really hope my shoes show up, but I'm not feeling too optimistic after seeing all the negative reviews. Does anyone know where I can report this?
Fraudulent socks
I thought I was scoring a good deal on socks, but they turned out to be fake! I reached out to customer service by email, but got no response. Now I'm stuck with these phony socks and have to find a new place to get the real ones. I'm going to report this sketchy business to the right people.
Sandal purchase
I recently bought a pair of sandals online. But before I could reach out about any issues, I found out the company was shutting down. I got a return label and sent the sandals back right away. But now I can't get a hold of them at all. The phone number they gave is out of service, and I can't get any info on my refund. It's frustrating and worrying, and I don't know what to do next.
Fake socks purchase
Hey everyone, so I bought these fake socks online and it turned out to be a total scam! I received a notification that they were available for pick up in Chicago, but then didn't hear anything for weeks. When I eventually contacted them, I got a strange email that was half in English and half in Chinese - so confusing! And when the package finally arrived, the socks were clearly fake! I tried to send them back for a refund, but they expected me to cover the cost of shipping all the way to China. No chance!
Discounted shoes
I bought a pair of shoes on sale from this online shop not long ago. They got here fast, but they didn't fit me when I tried them on. I called customer service to see about exchanging them, but I haven't heard anything back from them in three weeks. It's really frustrating and disappointing that they're not communicating with me.
Ordered shoes
I just bought some shoes online and it turned out to be a pretty bad experience. After I ordered them, I didn't really hear anything about when they would arrive. It took three days for anything to happen with my order and I didn't even get any tracking info. When I asked customer service what was going on, they told me there were delays because of some system updates, but couldn't tell me when my shoes would be sent out. They also wouldn't let me cancel my order. It was all really frustrating and I wouldn't recommend this website for buying shoes to anyone.

Like, it took forever to get a confirmation email and they were giving me a hard time about my billing address and all that jazz. I tried calling, but the numbers they provided were no good. So I ended up canceling my order because it was just too much hassle. Not cool, eh?
Boring boots for my mom
I ordered some really boring boots for my mom from this online store, and let me tell you, they were just terrible! I called so many times asking for a tracking number, but they never gave me one. And don’t even get me started on their customer service - it was just awful. Then, on the day they were supposed to arrive, the status changed to “canceled” and I didn’t even get an email about it! It totally ruined my Presidents Day sales shopping plans! They said they were out of stock, but guess what? They still have them listed for sale on the website. Avoid shopping from this place at all costs, it’s honestly the worst!

I ordered a pair of shoes online, and I ran into a few problems with the confirmation emails. When I got the email confirming my order, it was blank when I opened it. I tried to contact customer service for confirmation, but I couldn't reach anyone. Then, I got another email saying my order had been shipped, with tracking info in the subject line, but that email was blank, too. The lack of communication and transparency has me worried if I'll actually get my order.
Tight Desert Boots
Hey there! So I recently bought a pair of Desert Boots from Onlineshoes for the first time, but they turned out to be a bit too snug for me. I've been trying to send them back, but it's been a bit of a struggle to get a return label. I contacted customer service to ask them to send one my way, but I'm still waiting on that. After reading another review mentioning the same issue, I'm starting to think this might be a common problem with this company. I'm thinking of just giving away the shoes and checking out a different website that's more reliable and quick with returns. My time is valuable, and I can't be wasting it on a company that can't even handle simple return requests. There are tons of other websites out there that treat new customers right and offer better service.
Three pairs of boots
I ordered three pairs of boots from this company, and I gotta say, it was a total disaster from the get-go. The first pair never showed up because they messed up the address big time. When the second pair finally arrived, it wasn't even the right size. Trying to swap it out has been a major headache and super frustrating. And then, to add insult to injury, the third pair was all messed up too. It's obvious to me that this company doesn't give a hoot about keeping customers happy or coming back for more. Online shopping is supposed to be easy and save time, but I've spent more time sorting out these orders than all my other online buys combined. I really should've checked out the reviews before hitting that 'buy' button. So, learn from my blunder and steer clear of this company, eh?

There were so many different styles and choices to choose from, I spent 3 days just going through the website. They were quick to answer my questions, the prices were fair, the return policies were great, and the customer service was excellent. I'll definitely be shopping with them again.
Bad business
Oh my goodness, why did you close your online store without letting us loyal customers know?? I had Google protection activated and now I'm having trouble getting my money refunded. It's so frustrating!!
