Second SUP bundle purchased
I just got my second stand-up paddleboard bundle and I was so happy with it, just like I was with my first one. But when I opened it up, I saw that one of the packages was damaged during shipping and the carbon fiber paddle had broken off. I got in touch with the Customer Experience Team right away and Shelby helped me out. We went back and forth a few times by email and they sent me a new paddle really quickly. The team was super efficient and professional, which I really appreciated. The customer service, product quality, and warranty from iRocker are all top-notch. They've definitely earned a recommendation from me.
Rental fleet purchase
I just bought a bunch of rental boards from irockersup and I gotta say, it was so easy. Everything went real smooth and quick. I got my boards in only two days, and Paul V really went the extra mile to make sure everything was good to go. He answered all my questions and gave me some useful info for my business. The freebies they threw in for promotion were a nice surprise and have been helping with marketing at my spot. The boards have been performing even better than I expected. Inflatable paddle board
I bought myself an inflatable paddle board not too long ago, and I gotta say, I'm pretty impressed with how it performed overall. I took it out on the canal for a surf sesh and had a blast. Dealt with some pesky winds, but I was still able to cruise through the water with no problem. Unfortunately, the leash broke on my first outing, which was a bummer. Good thing I had a spare one with me so I could keep shredding on the water. All in all, happy with the board, but the leash could definitely be better quality.
Awesome new paddle board
So I bought this really awesome paddle board and let me tell you, it's amazing! I had so much fun using it on the water, I felt like a pro out there. The only issue was trying to pack it back into the bag, it was a bit tricky and there was a little gap in one of the parts. No big deal though, I'll just check out a video on how to pack it better next time. The performance on the water was outstanding though, even with really strong winds and high waves, I was still able to stay on top!
Portable battery purchase
I'm really happy with the order that came in quickly, just like always when I shop from this company. The portable battery seems to be top-notch and perfect for pumping up my SUP board and meeting my charging needs without running down my car battery. The price I got it for was really good, so it's a great deal for what it can do.
Board warranty process
I had to get my board replaced under warranty because it had a seam leak. The process was easy, but I was bummed by how wasteful it was. I had to cut 6 inches off the bottom, take a photo, then throw it away. It bothers me that the material is just going to a landfill instead of being recycled or repurposed. It's not the best for the environment, that's for sure.
Inflatable Stand Up Paddle Board
I was a bit nervous about ordering this paddle board online because I thought it would take forever to get here, but I was pleasantly surprised by how fast it arrived. I placed my order one week and got it the next, which was way faster than I expected. The whole ordering process was simple and smooth, with no problems at all. I gotta say, I'm really impressed with how quick and awesome the service from your company is. I'll definitely be telling my friends and family about you guys.
Lightweight and sturdy paddleboard
I love my new paddle board! It looks so amazing and professional. Plus, it's super light but still feels really solid so it's easy to move around in the water. I was surprised at how well it was packaged and protected when it was delivered, especially since shipping for big boards can be expensive. I just had an awesome experience with their customer service team. My paddleboard had a broken part, and they didn't waste any time in sending me a replacement. They even surprised me with a Bluetooth speaker along with my order. I was so impressed by their support, I can't wait to tell all my friends and family about them.

Four iRocker SUPs
