Virtual fit and comfort level
I was a bit unsure about buying shoes on the internet, but the option to measure my feet virtually and get the perfect fit really changed the game for me. The customer service was amazing, and it was super easy to find the right size. The new hiking shoes I got are not only cool with bright colors, but also super comfy. I've always stuck with this other brand for my running shoes, but thought I'd mix things up and give this brand a shot. Let me tell you, I was pleasantly surprised with how comfy and stylish they are. This neutral light colour goes with pretty much anything and I can already tell I'll be rocking these kicks all the time. I just got myself a new pair of shoes and let me tell ya, I am seriously impressed! My first pair from this brand lasted me a good 2-3 years and they were super comfy and tough. Shoes delivery experience
I just ordered a pair of shoes online and got them sent to my house. I stayed home all day waiting for the delivery, but sadly, I found a note in my mailbox from the delivery folks saying they dropped it off at a pick-up spot instead. I was bummed that the driver didn't even try to bring it to my door, especially since our mailbox is right there on the driveway. Even though the delivery was a hassle, the shoes are actually really nice.

I bought some running shoes online, and they were good, but the delivery from the courier company was really bad. The website said my package would come on Wednesday, but it didn't show up until Friday. When the driver came, he was not very nice - smoking and just dropping off my package without even saying hi.
