Study aid and sleep helper
I was listening to this podcast and they were talking about this awesome gadget, so I thought I'd give it a shot. Being a PhD student, I need all the help I can get to stay focused and alert while studying. This thing really does the trick and helps me be super productive when I'm going through research articles. Plus, I always struggle to fall back asleep after waking up in the middle of the night. I put it on deep sleep mode and keep it under my pillow, and it works like a charm! Considering how much I use it, I definitely think it's worth the money.
Energy boost in the morning, back pain relief in the evening
Hapbee has really changed things up for me, eh. I've been using the energy boost signal in the morning and the pain relief signal in the evening, and it's made a big difference in my day-to-day life, you know. I don't need coffee to get me going in the morning anymore, my back pain is getting better, and I'm sleeping better at night without needing to take pills, eh. The only issue is sometimes I have trouble connecting my device to my phone, but a quick restart usually fixes it, you know.
Recently received replacement wearable
I had a problem with the wearable I bought, but the folks at Hapbee's customer service sorted it out super fast by sending me a return box and label for the faulty item. When I opened the box, I was pleasantly surprised to find a shiny new wearable inside! The prompt and professional help from the company was top-notch, and I'm really happy with how it all turned out. The new wearable seems to be working like a charm already, and I'm grateful for the amazing service I received.
Necklace purchase
I recently picked up this necklace that's supposed to help me relax and sleep better. Initially, I didn't really notice any changes, but after trying it out a few times, I started feeling more chill at night. The only issue is that it's not very comfortable to wear around my neck or head while sleeping. Perhaps if it was a cool wristband instead, that might work better...unless it's too tight. All in all, it's not bad and I think I'll stick with using it.
Wellness wearable device
Let's be honest, I got this thing thinking it would totally change my life. Does it actually work? I'm not totally sure. I mean, I don't have solid proof or anything. It's a pretty neat gadget, but the cost of their subscription is just way too high when you can easily find comparable stuff for less money.
Sleep aid device
I've been using this sleep aid thing for about a year, and I gotta say, it's been alright. Sometimes it helps me feel more sleepy and get better sleep, but it's not always consistent. I end up needing to use other stuff like the Calm app, CBT insomnia training, and melatonin to really knock me out. I kinda wish they had that 365-day guarantee for when I bought it, would've made me feel more secure about it.
Ph.D. studying helper
Hey there, have you heard of Hapbee? It's like a magic trick when you're trying to study or write an essay. I'm always on the go with work and kids, so I'm crazy busy. Experimenting with various signals for sleep and anxiety issues
After using it for two months, I'm still a bit unsure about how well the product is working for me. My main worries are about sleep and managing my anxiety. So far, the Deep Sleep signal hasn't really given me the results I was hoping for. But I'm hopeful that trying out other blends and signals like winding down and power nap might be more effective. I'm excited to see what new blends and signals they come out with in the future.
