    I recently bought a personalized georgette dress from Fame and Partners in a larger size, and I am really happy with my purchase. Even though it took a bit longer, about 4-7 weeks, the quality of the fabric and how well-made the dress is just blew me away.     My experience with that online store was a total letdown. I bought a fancy dress not long ago, but when I got it, it didn't look as good as it did online. I asked to return it right away, got the okay and a return label. I sent the dress back the next day, but I still haven't seen my money back. I've sent so many emails asking about my refund, but no one has answered. It's just not right - they need to communicate better and give me my money back. This is not how you treat your customers.

    Oversized, poor quality, lack of customization

    I'm really disappointed with my recent purchase from this company. I checked the size guide and even put in my heel height, but the dress I got was way too big and at least 6 inches too long. Even though they say it's customizable, it looks like it still needs alterations. The dress doesn't seem worth the hefty price tag of $400, especially since it was shipped from China and seems poorly made. I wouldn't recommend buying from this company.

    I was really not impressed with my purchase from the outlet. The website said I could customize my order, but when I got the Zarita dress I ordered, the back looked nothing like the picture. It was all raised up, so it didn't hang right, and I wish I hadn't ordered it. And it was annoying that the customization options were only written on the packing slip, not on the website. Plus, the fact that the outlet sale was final just made me even more disappointed. Honestly, I wouldn't suggest buying from the outlet.

    So I picked up this dress that I thought would look amazing, but when I put it on, it didn't fit me properly at all. I was really disappointed because I had my heart set on wearing it to my cousin's wedding.
