Wedding party outfits
Working with this company for my wedding party outfits was amazing! Customized georgette dress in plus size
I recently bought a personalized georgette dress from Fame and Partners in a larger size, and I am really happy with my purchase. Even though it took a bit longer, about 4-7 weeks, the quality of the fabric and how well-made the dress is just blew me away. The georgette fabric is so soft and fancy, and it's held up really nicely. The size of the dress seems to be just right, and the loose fit I chose is exactly what I wanted. I can’t wait to get the more fitted pieces I ordered to see how they fit, but I'm sure they will be just as great. Custom dress disappointment
I ordered a custom dress from this place, eh, hoping to finally find something that fits my tall frame, you know? When I got the dress, it was way too short, even with the measurements I gave them. I tried reaching out to customer service, but they were no help at all, and basically told me to just deal with it and buy a new dress. No chance I'm going to fork out more money for a company that can't get it right the first time, eh.
Customized dress purchase
I was so disappointed with the customer service I got when I contacted this company about the dress that didn't fit right. Instead of helping me right away, they made me send pictures over and over again before they even did anything. It was so frustrating and made me feel like they didn't care about me as a customer. I'm for sure going to warn other people to be careful before buying from this company.
Francois Dress in black for wedding
Omg, I got the Francois dress for my friend's wedding and it was a total hit! I felt like a princess and got so many compliments. I love that it can be customized, but I needed it really quickly so I reached out to customer service and they were super friendly and helpful. They had my size in stock and sent it out the very next day! The communication was amazing and the dress itself was top-notch quality.
Dress purchase
My experience with this company was just awful. I ordered a dress thinking it would be perfect, but when it arrived, I didn't like it at all. I contacted customer service right away to return it, but they didn't get back to me for weeks. Finally, when they did, they blamed it on some technical issue with the return label. It was so annoying! I had to deal with it myself and dispute the charge with my credit card. Then I had to send the dress back on my own dime because of their strict 30-day return policy. The customer service team was so unhelpful and hardly communicated with me. It was really frustrating.

I ordered two dresses from this company and I was not very happy with what I got, especially considering how much I paid for them. My experience with that online store was a total letdown. I bought a fancy dress not long ago, but when I got it, it didn't look as good as it did online. I'm really disappointed with my recent purchase from this company. I checked the size guide and even put in my heel height, but the dress I got was way too big and at least 6 inches too long. Even though they say it's customizable, it looks like it still needs alterations. The dress doesn't seem worth the hefty price tag of $400, especially since it was shipped from China and seems poorly made. I wouldn't recommend buying from this company.

Zarita dress from the outlet
I was really not impressed with my purchase from the outlet. The website said I could customize my order, but when I got the Zarita dress I ordered, the back looked nothing like the picture. It was all raised up, so it didn't hang right, and I wish I hadn't ordered it. And it was annoying that the customization options were only written on the packing slip, not on the website. Plus, the fact that the outlet sale was final just made me even more disappointed. Honestly, I wouldn't suggest buying from the outlet.
