polarized Rx + bifocal sunglasses
My experience with this website started off kind of frustrating because of how it was set up, but luckily the chat feature really came through for me. A representative got back to me right away and walked me through the ordering process without any issues. I ended up deciding on getting polarized prescription bifocal sunglasses, which I knew would be a tricky order. Eyeglasses frames
The service at Eyeglasses has always been great, but lately there have been some issues that have affected my overall experience. The customer service is still good, but the delivery times have become slower since the pandemic. They told me it's because they're having trouble getting the resin for the frames I wanted, which makes sense with everything going on in the world. However, I still haven't received my Dolomiti wire frames from a recent order, and I'm not sure why. Even with these hiccups, I do appreciate how transparent the company has been in their communication.

Oh man, I was so nervous trying out online glasses for the first time but let me tell you, the lenses and frames I got were top-notch! Reading glasses order with prescription issue
My experience with Eyeglasses was amazing, eh. I ordered reading glasses at first, but ended up getting the wrong lenses due to a mix-up with my prescription. Lens replacement service for Sunglass Frames
I had such a good experience getting new lenses for my sunglasses at this store. I sent in my frames to get bifocal lenses and was so happy with how they turned out. The staff made sure to use my old lenses to position the bifocals perfectly, and they even gave me back my old lenses that weren't prescription. Two year scratch warranty for prescription glasses
I just bought the two year scratch warranty for my prescription glasses and let me tell you, I was pretty let down by the service. The staff told me that if my lenses got scratched within those two years, they'd replace them. But what they didn't mention is that the new lenses would use my old prescription, not the new one from my latest eye check-up. This was a real pain because I had gotten used to the new prescription and going back to the old one was a hassle. I wouldn't suggest getting this warranty if you're someone who often updates your prescription.
