Air Purifier
Hey there, folks should know that when you choose a budget option, you shouldn't expect top-notch treatment. The service might not be super fancy like some other brands, but for the cost, it's actually pretty decent. I've been using their air purifiers for a bit now and I can say they work well. So if you want good quality without spending a ton of money, definitely give them a try.
2 air purifiers purchase
I recently bought 2 air purifiers from this company, one with a mobile app. I've had some problems with the app though. Firstly, it can't find my address properly and thinks my home is somewhere else. Even when I try to add the correct address, it won't update. I'm also worried about my privacy since I found out the app takes data from Facebook, Google, and Microsoft. I don't like that my personal info is shared without asking me. I think the company should be more clear about how they collect data.
Bought air purifier
I bought an air purifier recently and it's amazing! I didn't check reviews before buying it, but I heard some folks say there was no customer support. I reached out to them and didn't get a response, just like others warned. Luckily, I purchased it from a store that provides a one-year warranty. So if anything goes wrong, I'm all good! I would recommend avoiding buying directly from them.
Unethical and untrustworthy experience
I had a really bad experience with this company. I placed an order that never got shipped, and when I tried to get it reinstated and then canceled, the customer service agents were no help at all. Even after I tried to take my payment info off, they still managed to charge me. This company is sketchy and not ethical, so I would warn others not to do business with them.
Air filters purchase
So I picked up these air filters hoping they would work well, but man was I mistaken! The app keeps crashing, so I can't even link it with my smart home stuff. The software seems like it was put together by a newbie - it keeps losing WiFi and I have to reboot it all the time. The auto setting is all over the place, switching between super loud and super quiet. Also, the light is way too bright at night and the numbers are super hard to read. Definitely not what I had in mind!
Air purifier purchase
I bought an air purifier and it didn't come with the filter! I tried reaching out to customer service a bunch of times and all I got was the runaround. Now I'm stuck with a machine that's no good to me.
Broken purifier
I'm having trouble getting in touch with customer service. The chat in the US is working, but there's no support for the UK. It's really frustrating dealing with a broken purifier that I spent a lot of money on.
Overpriced air purifier
I bought this air purifier for a lot of money, hoping it would make the air in my house better. But after using it for just a year, the motor broke and now it's making annoying clicking noises. The company and seller weren't helpful at all, so now I'm stuck with a useless machine that should just go in the garbage. It looks nice, but it doesn't work well at all. It's also way louder than other air purifiers out there. Such a waste of money, don't do what I did.
Air purifier
I was really let down by the air purifier I bought. The filter got full super fast and was way too expensive. When I tried to clean it, I realized it could get wrecked easily. The design was bad - dust and dog hair got stuck on the fan and I couldn't clean it well. I had to spend over $500 on replacement filters just after three weeks. So now, instead of buying pricey new filters, I just wash the fabric one and use it again. Bottom line, the air purifier didn't do what it was supposed to - keep the air clean, especially with everything going on with the pandemic.

I ordered an air filter from this online store and they said I'd get a refund if my order didn't come. Well, it's been a month and no air filter, no refund, just a whole lot of disappointment. Customer service didn't help at all and the whole thing was a huge letdown. Don't bother with this company, just stay away.
Air purifiers
I bought a couple of air purifiers from this company recently and I gotta say, I was pretty let down by the whole experience. The customer service used to be top-notch but now it's like they don't even care. I've been a loyal customer for years, buying all sorts of machines from them, but their customer service going downhill has me thinking twice about sticking with them. It's really sad to see a company that used to be amazing lose sight of what made them great in the first place.

What's the point of giving a product warranty if you're just gonna ignore us when we actually need help? I got an air purifier from this company a couple years ago, and now it's makin' some strange noise. I tried to get some help, but all I got was sent in circles. Like, seriously, do these folks even know what good customer service is?
