I bought some fishing gear from your store recently and I gotta say, I was pretty let down by the quality. The stuff I got was definitely not what I was hoping for from a big brand like yours. The fishing line started fraying after only a few times out, and the bait didn't do the trick at all. Honestly, I feel like I wasted my money on that stuff.

Phone communication issues
I had a lot of trouble getting through to customer service on the phone. Every time I called, I kept getting a busy signal, which was really annoying and took up a lot of my time. So, I ended up sending them an email with my question, but I never heard back from them. This lack of communication made it really hard for me to get the help I needed.
Ordered the wrong thing
I tried to return the item, but it took forever for them to send me the return label. They kept saying they would, but they never did. Not cool, eh!
