School Girl Doll
I went and got this adorable school girl doll here and I totally adore her! She's got the sweetest outfit and her hair is amazing. The storybook that came with her is also really cool, I enjoy reading about her adventures. The store was a blast to go to and I had a lot of fun picking out my doll. The person at the cash was super friendly and helped me with everything I needed. The only downside is that the prices are a bit steep, but I guess it's because the dolls are such high quality. Overall, I had a fantastic time and I'm excited to come back for more dolls!

Christmas gifts for my daughter
I ordered some Christmas gifts online for my daughter and, wouldn't you know it, the package got lost by FedEx. I gave customer service a ring and Donna was just fantastic. She took care of everything, placing a new order and setting up overnight shipping. She saved Christmas for my daughter, and I can't thank her enough for the exceptional customer service.
Doll and book set
I bought a doll and book set from this company recently, and I gotta say, I was pretty let down with the whole thing. Ordering was a pain because the website kept crashing and it took way longer than I thought to finish. And trying to contact customer service was a nightmare - couldn't reach anyone to help with my issues. Plus, the prices were high, especially for the quality of the product. When my order finally showed up, the delivery was late and I didn't get any updates on what was going on. All in all, I was not happy with my shopping experience at all.
