Address update mistake
I totally forgot to update my address with the company after I moved because I don't really buy stuff from them often. Their cartridges last longer than the ones from the actual brand, so that's why I stick with them. But when I got the confirmation of my order, I finally noticed my mistake. I had to wait on hold for a bit with their 800 number customer service, but I left a voicemail and they got back to me real quick. They took the charge off my credit card and got my reorder sorted out without any hassle.
Inkjet cartridge purchase
I just bought an inkjet cartridge from this company and ran into a problem with my order. Even though it was their mistake, they wouldn't own up to it and didn't offer to pay for the return shipping for the product I didn't need anymore. I was really let down by their lack of responsibility and it left me feeling really disappointed in their customer service.

So I recently bought some printer ink cartridges from this company, and man, let me tell you, I was pretty let down by the whole thing. The ink itself was decent, did the job fine, but the whole process of ordering it and dealing with customer service was a huge headache. And to top it all off, their prices weren't even that great. Found the same stuff for way cheaper elsewhere, which was a bummer considering how little help I got from them.

Cancelled order refund
I can't believe how bold this company is to hang onto my money for two whole months without giving me a refund for a cancelled order! The lack of communication and customer service is just terrible. I've sent so many emails and even made phone calls, but no one has gotten back to me or resolved the issue. It's just not right to make a customer wait so long for a simple refund. I won't stop until I get my money back, even if it means leaving negative reviews all over the place.

I recently bought some remanufactured ink cartridges from this website that I found while searching through a bunch of other sites. The low prices and a 10% coupon is what really caught my eye at first. But the whole experience of using the website wasn't great. They didn't keep me in the loop about when my order would arrive, so it made me wonder if the website was reliable. I had to contact customer service to get some answers and eventually I did get my ink, which I was able to easily install. Still, the lack of communication and the delayed shipping times make me kinda hesitant to recommend this website to anyone else.
Late Order
I just made a purchase on February 15th, 2024, and I gotta say, it's not been great. Got a confirmation email right away with my order number, but then nothing. No more emails, no shipping confirmation, and worst of all, no order. They said they'd send an email with a tracking number once it shipped, but that never happened.

They still shipped it and now they won't give me any prepaid return labels, eh. I feel like I'm getting scammed here and this whole thing has been a total headache, eh.

When I had a problem with a faulty cartridge I bought, trying to return it was a real headache. I had to shell out a lot for shipping just to send it back, and on top of that, I only got some of my money back. And can you believe it took a whole 15 days to get that partial refund? It just made the whole process even more frustrating. This kind of service is just not cool, and I wouldn't suggest this company to anyone.

I just bought some ink cartridges from this company on March 12th, and let me tell you, it's been a total disaster. The website promised they'd be here in 5 days, but now it's April 3rd and still no sign of them. I've tried calling customer service six times, and every time they say nobody's around to pick up. I was kind of unsure about trying out 4inkjets because of the mixed reviews, but I thought I'd take a chance. To my surprise, my ink order arrived pretty quickly. However, when I tried to put in the ink cartridges, I ran into some problems. Luckily, the customer service team was able to help me out with no issues. I contacted them through live chat and phone, and they were really nice, quick, and fixed everything in no time. I was impressed with how they dealt with everything and made sure I was happy with my purchase.

Ink Cartridges
I like that this company's non-OEM ink cartridges are affordable, but I actually like using OEM printer ink cartridges more, even though they cost more. I'm open to trying new things to see if I can change my mind about generic inks. It's nice to know that the company is part of the BBB.
