Online course platform
I joined an online course platform a little while ago and I was really impressed with the service they offer. The platform was super easy to use and get set up on, which made it really easy for me to start selling my online courses. What really impressed me was the amazing customer service. Whenever I had a question or needed help, the support team was quick to respond and always gave me clear and useful answers. The live chat support was especially great, since I could get help right away whenever I needed it. Overall, my experience with this platform has been amazing and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to sell online courses.

I really like being able to talk to the support team and get answers with a lot of details. The solutions might take some time, but they're helpful ideas. I think in the future, influencers will be even more crucial in getting the word out about courses. Having a two-tier affiliate system might be needed to make this happen. It's too bad that I can't do this right now, which means influencers can't really help me promote my courses to more people.

I was really looking forward to the Zentangle Art Inspired workshop, but it turned out to be a huge letdown. I tried everything to get in, even resetting my password, but nothing worked. And then the person behind it all just kept pointing the finger at my computer, which made me even more frustrated. As if that wasn't bad enough, when I reached out to customer service for help, I never heard back. It felt like I got tricked by some sketchy salesperson.

I'm super duper disappointed with the customer service on this platform. I've tried reaching out a bunch of times but haven't gotten any responses to my questions. The layout is confusing and some stuff doesn't even work right. The way they pay out is extra confusing, even for me as someone who knows finance. The website looks old and needs a big update to be easier to use. I'm really annoyed with how things are going and I might start looking at other platforms instead.
School Scam
I ordered something online from this place and it turned out to be a total scam! The teacher promised me personalized help, but I never received any, and when I asked for a refund, they refused. They even tried to convince me to continue the course so I wouldn't be able to get my money back. I had to go through my bank to finally get a refund!

I've been using this platform for a while now and I have to say, it's great for setting up courses, but the customer service really needs some work. Every time I ask for help, they take forever to respond, give me excuses, and don't really solve my problems. It's frustrating and kind of disappointing to receive such bad service from a platform I've been using for so long.

Radar Course purchase
I wanted to sign up for a Radar Course and I had some questions, but I couldn't find any contact information to ask before registering. I had to pay in advance and the confirmation email didn't give me a way to respond. They didn't get back to me when I tried to reach out. Not very clear!

As someone who uses an online course platform, I've found it pretty easy to use and add content to. But lately, there have been some changes that have made me less happy with the platform. The support hasn't been as good as it used to be, and sometimes the layout can be confusing. One big problem I've run into is that not everyone on the team can access all the training materials, which can cause issues for group projects. While Teachable might work well for a small community, bigger projects might have some trouble with it.
