    Custom designed tattoo purchase

    I recently bought a custom-designed tattoo as a thoughtful gift for someone who's having a rough time. Even though the tattoo was supposed to be delivered, it didn't reach the person because they live in a big building. I contacted customer support through email to try and fix the issue, and I was happy to get a quick and personal reply from Sophie. She not only sorted out my concerns fast, but also sent the tattoo again to make sure it got to the right person. I'm really amazed by the fantastic customer service from the Ink Box team.

    I had a problem with a lost package on my order and had to reach out to customer service for help. I was quite impressed with the service I got, especially from Sophie. She was so nice and really helped me out, making sure that my order was delivered quickly and checking in with me until I got it. Sophie's attention and commitment to solving my problem really stuck with me in a good way. Because of the awesome customer service I got, I will definitely be coming back as a customer.

    I just made a custom order and had a great experience with the customer service team. The rep got in touch to double-check my address and was quick to respond. I asked about when my custom piece would be shipped, and although they took a bit longer to get back to me because of a backlog of emails, I got a message the next day saying my order was all packed up and would be sent out by the end of the week.

    Temporary tattoo

    Gotta say, that temporary tattoo I got was top-notch quality. Putting it on was easy, it looked awesome, and it stayed on for a while without fading. But gotta give a heads up to anyone thinking of buying one about the long wait for processing and shipping. Even though I ordered early, I didn't get it in time for the event I wanted to wear it to. And not having a faster shipping option just made it worse. I'd suggest ordering at least 1-2 months before your event to avoid any letdowns.

    Temporary tattoo kit

    I just wanted to say that the tattoo kit I got from your store was awesome! There were so many designs to choose from, and the tattoos turned out really well. I was actually surprised at how simple it was to put them on, and they lasted way longer than I thought they would. Plus, the tips and instructions included were super helpful. All in all, I'm really happy with my purchase. Thanks a bunch!
