Homework help
I really like using Chegg because even though you can't just copy the answers, they provide helpful examples. It would be nice if you could copy everything, but it's still a good resource. Also, sometimes the expert answers seem to come from a robot chat which is a bit strange. When you search for similar answers, you can only see a small portion of the question, making it difficult to determine if it's the right one.
Online tutoring service
I think the answers on the website are pretty helpful, eh. But sometimes I have trouble with lagging and connection problems, especially on this website, not on other ones. Plus, I shouldn't have to deal with all these pop-up ads when I'm a premium subscriber, you know?
Subscription renewal issue
I had a bit of a headache when it came time to renew my subscription. Turns out my card was attached to a second account that I didn't even know about. But, with the support of an associate and Diana, I managed to straighten things out and get most of my money back. They responded fast and gave me some really useful assistance.
Textbook answers
I really like how there are tons of resources available for my basic classes and great writing tools. Plus, it’s not too pricey and it covers a wide variety of topics. However, the more advanced classes don’t offer as much support and sometimes the answers are incorrect. It would also be nice if it could be integrated with more dating apps besides just Tinder, eh?
Unauthorized charges resolved quickly
I just had some weird charges on my credit card that I didn't make because I don't even have an account with that company. But when I called customer service, they fixed it in like 15 minutes, reversed the charges, and shut down the accounts causing trouble. The customer service I got was really great, made everything so simple and stress-free. Super thankful for their quick response and help.
Answers, question response, detailed
This service has a lot of answers ready to go in their database, so it's pretty simple to find solutions to all sorts of questions. I like how fast they reply when I ask something, and the explanations they give really help me understand things. But, I've seen a few wrong answers in there which can throw you off. And sometimes there's more than one answer to a question, which can be confusing and not too consistent. Sometimes the experts might miss a possible answer, so the response might not quite hit the mark.
Business course materials
As a business student, I gotta say that this service has been a real lifesaver for my online classes. The guides from the experts are super helpful in breaking down those tough concepts. But man, this new update only letting us upload one picture at a time is pretty annoying, especially when I have lots of questions. Also, sometimes I gotta wait over 2 hours for help, and there were even times when I had to wait until the next day.
