Nuts and candy
As someone who shops a lot on this popular online store, I gotta say, their stuff is always top-notch. Every time I buy nuts or candies, they never disappoint with the quality. And the delivery is super quick, I'm always pleasantly surprised when I get my order earlier than expected. I just placed an order and it's already coming tomorrow, which is pretty impressive considering how far away I am. Their warehouse must be really on the ball. It's no wonder I keep coming back to them after all these years.
Dark and milk chocolate bars
I recently bought some dark and milk chocolate bars from this company and I gotta say, I am super impressed. The chocolate is top-notch and as someone who loves chocolate, I can confirm that these bars are some of the best I've ever tried. The richness and smoothness of the chocolate is just amazing. Besides the bars, I've also tried a bunch of other stuff from Nuts.com, from sweet to salty options, and each one has totally blown me away.

As a long-time customer, I've always found the products to be fresh and top-notch. I appreciate how my orders are always delivered quickly. And when I've had questions or issues, the customer service team has been great at responding and sorting things out through email. Overall, I'm really happy with my shopping experience with this company.
Variety of items including chocolate covered raisins
As someone who's been a loyal customer for a while now, I always appreciated the great service this company provided in the past. But my most recent order was a bit of a letdown. The chocolate covered raisins had way too much chocolate, so I couldn't even taste the raisins properly. And to top it off, some of them didn't even have any raisins! When I reached out to customer service by email, I heard back from a lady named Phoebe. Instead of the full refund they usually offer, I was only given a 50% credit this time. That was pretty disappointing, especially considering the issues with the product. They didn't even acknowledge the times when I received wrapped hard candy with nothing inside. So, with all these quality control problems and the unsatisfactory response from customer service, I've decided to stop supporting this company. I won't be recommending their products to my friends and family anymore after this recent experience.
Fresh nuts and dried fruits
So, I ordered some fresh nuts and dried fruits from this online store and I was super pumped for my delivery. But when the package arrived, it went to the wrong address! Can you imagine that? Luckily, their customer service team was amazing. They were really nice, understood the situation, and quickly fixed everything for me. Overall, I'm satisfied with the products but there was definitely a bump in the road with the delivery.
Coffee purchase
It's always great. The coffee is amazing and I always make sure to order enough to get free shipping. But it's frustrating when I miss out on discounts because they come after I've already placed my order. Even so, ordering is fast and easy, and the products are so good that I'll definitely be coming back for more.
