Cherry blossom tour
The cherry blossom tour was amazing! Our guides, Sunny and Raja, were so knowledgeable and really paid attention to what we wanted. They made sure we had the best time, even giving us an upgrade when the first place we visited didn't have many cherry blossoms. They took us to different places and even arranged for us to ride the blueline park, which was a nice surprise. What really impressed me was how they thought quickly and took us to a secret spot full of cherry blossoms because they had a good relationship with the bus driver. Their commitment to giving us a great experience really made this tour stand out. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone who wants a fun and unforgettable time!
Hotel and tour package deals
Klook is awesome for scoring sweet deals on hotels and tours. I've used them a bunch of times to book hotels abroad at discounted rates. The tours I've booked through Klook always have super knowledgeable guides that make the whole experience even better. And I recently found out that Klook has deals with local hotels for dining too, which is a nice bonus. Overall, I've had a really good time using Klook and I will definitely keep using them in the future.
Car rental disaster
So yeah, I rented a car from this place in Sydney, right? And I had this voucher from this website, but the car rental place wouldn't accept it! I was super annoyed and left a negative review, but then the folks from the website got in touch with me and refunded all my money! Big shoutout to Rashidah, Ezra H., and Komathi S for being super helpful and sorting everything out.
Booking convenience for hard-to-find items and services
Klook has been a huge help for me because I don't speak the local language. I was able to book a room at a really popular hotel that I couldn't find anywhere else, and I also got train tickets and other activities super easily. The website is really easy to use and has lots of choices for travelers. I totally recommend using Klook for any travel stuff you need.
User-friendly interface, variety of experiences, easy booking
The app's interface is really easy to use when I'm looking for things to do and book them. I really like how simple it is to move around the app and find interesting new experiences to check out. It only takes a few taps for me to book activities and check out different places without any trouble.
Fast, reliable SIM card
This SIM card service is amazing! Every time I go to Taiwan, I always come back to it and it never lets me down. The speed and coverage are great, and it's super easy to grab it at the airport. I can't even think about using a different service now.
Cancelled tour in El Nido
Our plans in El Nido got cancelled due to Mother Nature's unpredictable weather. The tour company kept us updated every day until we lost hope. Thankfully, Klook gave us our refund just like they promised. Thanks a bunch, Klook team!
Online car rental booking
Do not use this company, i paid to rent a car and when i went to pick it up the rental company said i cant pick it up because i need the card i used to pay for the rental. Also the rental company said the name on the card has to match the booking. On the Klook website it doesnt mention any of this and it accepted our payment and transaction. When i wrote to them to refund my money because this was Klooks error they refused to give my money back. There website is clearly misleading and a breach of policy for the companies they are working with. They are happy to take the payment but to refund they find every excuse not to refund. I wrote to them again and advised if i dont get my refund i will be taking legal action and will also take to social media to let ppl know of the scam this company is running. They are holding $900.00 of myfalse money which legally they are not suppose to my lawyer will be starting the legal process if i dont get my refund. We will also approach the regulator of this company to have them investigated and stop them from false advertising if i have to close this company down i will. Klook is the wrose website ive ever encountered. Do not use them.
