Hair studio experience
I've been here before, but I'm excited to finally share my thoughts on this hair studio with you. Every time I walk in, it's like a breath of fresh air. The staff are amazing at what they do and really know how to make you feel like a whole new person when you leave. They pay attention to every little detail and truly listen to what you want, bringing your hair dreams to life. Their banter is great and adds that extra special touch to the experience. And let's not forget the delicious treats they offer - they really make you feel pampered and special during your visit.
Facial treatment
I just had a facial done at a spa and I was really impressed with the service. The spa had a nice and calming vibe, and the therapist, Dorthe, was amazing. I've been dealing with acne for a long time, and after the treatment, I noticed a big difference in my skin. It felt really good to see my complexion improve. Overall, I walked out of the spa feeling renewed and refreshed. I definitely suggest this spa to anyone who wants to treat themselves to a nice and helpful facial treatment.
Hair colour and blow dry by skilled hairstylist
My last time at the salon was amazing. The hair stylist I had was so good at what she does. She used gentle and ammonia-free products to give me the perfect hair colour. She took great care of my hair and did a fantastic job with the blow dry. Even though my hair is thick and wavy, she handled it with ease. I left feeling happy and confident with how my hair looked. I had a great time and can't wait for my next appointment at the salon.
Hair appointment booking
I was so impressed by my experience using this platform. Booking my hair appointment was a breeze, and the service I got was fantastic. I can't see myself going anywhere else, especially with Alexandra leading the way. She was always there to assist me with any problems, and honestly, she's amazing. Huge thanks to her! 👌🏼
Booked massage but had to cancel
I was really looking forward to getting a massage with Treatwell, but then I had to cancel due to a work trip. I made sure to cancel with plenty of notice, but neither Treatwell nor the salon wanted to give me a refund. I was pretty mad and felt like I was being scammed. However, after pestering them a lot, Treatwell finally refunded me. Thank goodness!
Eyelash lift purchase
I recently went and got an eyelash lift from a beauty salon in my area using Treatwell. I paid with cash, but it was a total disaster. The lady there said I missed my appointment even though I was on time. She started complaining about Treatwell taking all the money and gave me her business card, saying I should book with her directly next time. Then she tried to convince me to get eyelash extensions instead of the lift we agreed on, and it turned out really bad. I'm super disappointed with the service and how unprofessional the lady was, and I didn't get any help from Treatwell's customer service either. I won't be going back to that salon again, that's for sure.
