Then, after waiting for almost three weeks, I got in touch with them again today, only to find out that they said the shipping would take 3-5 days. Even though I was let down, the person I spoke to was nice about it and said sorry for the trouble. I decided to just cancel my order because it seemed like they were still trying to figure out where my pillows were. It's really disappointing to have such a bad experience when I was excited to get those pillows and thought they would be good quality.

I'm super annoyed with how this company is handling my gift card refund. It's really not cool that I've been waiting forever without any updates or help. I totally agree with other customers who have had the same problems with Topshop.
