Bistro Knife Block
I recently picked up the Bistro Knife Block to swap out my old one from Switzerland. Ordering was pretty simple once I got my account all set up. The two knife blocks showed up quickly and they looked pretty good. But I was a bit let down to see that the plastic rods weren't packed as tightly as my old one, so some knives were slipping in too easily. Plus, the bottom plate was detached from the side on one of the blocks. Now I need advice on which glue to use for reattaching it, maybe epoxy. Even with the quality control problems from the Portuguese manufacturer, I do like the shiny new look of the knife blocks and how they're easier to clean.
