I was super bummed about my order arriving late. And to make things worse, it took forever for customer service to get back to me. It was really annoying to see messages getting deleted on their Discord channel too. Lace lingerie purchase
I've been buying lace lingerie for a while now, and I've noticed that the quality has really gone down in the past year. The panties I got a couple of months back have already started to bother me - they're scratching and irritating me, making me uncomfortable all day long. It's really disappointing to see such a popular brand let their product quality slip like this. The lace on these panties is tearing so easily after just a few washes, so it's not worth the investment at all. I'm just super frustrated with how much the quality has dropped on these products.
