40oz Grey Bottle with Bumper
I just bought the 40oz Grey bottle with bumper from Takeya and I gotta say, I'm really happy with it. Unlike that other person, I haven't had any problems with my bottle at all. I make sure to clean the gaskets and bottle on the regular, which has definitely helped keep it in good shape. I haven't had to get any parts replaced or reach out to customer service for anything at all.

Variations in pricing between physical store and online shop
I recently found out that there's a huge price gap between the stuff they sell online and in their actual store. At first, I had problems with shipping when I bought stuff online. So, I thought I'd go to the store in person to try and fix things, but turns out, the prices there were way more expensive than what I saw online. I felt like I got ripped off and let down. I even went to their store in India to see if things would be different, but nothing changed. It's really frustrating to see such a big price difference for the same things, depending on where you buy them.

My time on Fiverr has been a bit of a rollercoaster. I've been offering video editing services there for a few years now and most of my interactions with buyers have been pretty good. But then I ran into a problem with a buyer who left a nasty review because they didn't get something that wasn't even possible to do. I tried reaching out to Customer Service to get the review taken down, but they weren't willing to help at first. This bad review messed with my overall rating and messed up the new level system Fiverr had just put in place. After a lot of back and forth, they finally took down the review, but the whole thing left a sour taste in my mouth about Fiverr's Customer Service and how they handle these kinds of situations. The platform itself is okay, but the fees they charge both sellers and buyers are pretty steep, and the lack of support when things go wrong like my case makes Fiverr seem like less of a good choice in the end.
