Easter bouquet
I normally really enjoy getting my flower subscriptions from this spot, but gotta say, the Easter bouquet I got this time around wasn't the greatest. It arrived late and looked a bit worse for wear after the journey. The flowers were on the smaller side and didn't quite have the wow factor for the price I shelled out. And to top it off, they're not lasting as long as they should, despite all the TLC I'm giving them.

Ticket purchase, AXS, The Orion venue, better price, better seats, Credit Card credit
My experience buying tickets from this website was not great. I tried to use TicketSmarter but couldn't get the tickets I wanted, so I had to go through AXS, the ticket seller for The Orion venue. AXS not only gave me a better deal on the tickets, but also gave me way better seats. On top of that, I still haven't gotten my refund from TicketSmarter. So, just a heads up for anyone thinking about buying from them.

I had a little trouble with my order from the store 'cause one of the items came broken. But lemme tell ya, the customer service team was top-notch! They handled everything like pros, real quick, and made sure I was happy in the end. I gotta say, I was pretty impressed with how they fixed things up for me. Even though there was a little bump in the road, I still adore all the products from Charlotte Tilbury and now I have quite a collection goin' on.

I have 4 pending orders
I'm so annoyed with my recent orders because I've got 4 that are just stuck somewhere. The tracking says the labels are made, but the packages aren't actually with the company yet. I talked to customer service, Paulina in particular, for help but she couldn't give me a good answer and then ignored my other questions. It's really frustrating because I love their stuff, but the bad communication and service is really upsetting.

Electric longboard purchase
I bought an electric longboard from this company not too long ago and I gotta say, I'm pretty happy with it. The board is well-made and does exactly what they said it would. But, I did run into a few problems with ordering and getting it delivered, so that could definitely be better.
