    I had to cancel my membership a while ago, but I was so happy to see that I still had some credits left that didn't disappear when I cancelled. I thought that was really awesome and it made me feel really happy and thankful.     I recently ordered some skincare products online and I was really let down with the customer service. I picked out three free samples to go with my order, but when it arrived, there were no samples in the box. I emailed the company to ask about the missing samples, but their response was not helpful at all. The customer service rep basically said I was lying and insisted that samples are always included in orders, with no choice for customers to pick their own. This lack of responsibility and understanding for their mistake really got me frustrated and disappointed. It's not the first time this has happened with companies, even Sephora has messed up orders for samples that customers carefully pick online. Even though they're free, these samples are a big part of the shopping experience for many customers, myself included. I expect better service and communication from a skincare company that I spend my money on. After this experience, I definitely won't be buying from them again because of their rude and disrespectful customer service.

    Oh my goodness, this subscription with the Protection Plan has been absolutely amazing for my pets. I got a free year's subscription and decided to add the Protection Plan, and I am so glad I did. My lab puppy got aspiration pneumonia from trying to eat a sprinkler stream (labs can be a bit silly sometimes). I reached out through the online app and they quickly advised me to take her to the vet. After a pricey vet visit that came to $1400, I sent all the necessary paperwork to Pawp. In just a week, they put the money right into my checking account. This subscription and Protection Plan have truly been a godsend, and I would recommend it to all pet owners out there.

    Water carpet purchase for son's birthday

    I ordered a water carpet for my son's birthday from this online store because it promised to come in time for his big day. But man, what a total disaster it turned out to be! I spent $800 on this thing and you'd think I'd get some decent customer service, right? Nope, none of that. They barely even bothered to keep me in the loop about when it was gonna arrive. And when it did finally show up, it was all beat up with holes from a forklift. I tried calling them up, but I was stuck on hold forever and hardly got any help.
