Cheese and Charcuterie
I found this cool website called Mouth that supports small makers and their unique products. So, I decided to buy some fancy cheeses and charcuterie for a little get-together with my friends. The process of ordering was really easy, and I liked that there were lots of choices on the website. The service was quick and they gave good suggestions through their customer service. Some stuff was a bit pricey, but the quality made it worth it. The delivery was fast, making sure everything got to me in great shape and in time for my event. Overall, my experience with Mouth was amazing and I'll definitely be going back for more gourmet goodies in the future.

Flower delivery
I had such a good time ordering flowers online for my friend! It was super easy to pick out and buy the perfect arrangement. When she got the flowers, she was totally shocked and happy. She even sent me a picture to show them off because they were so pretty. The arrangement looked even better in the photo, which just goes to show how great the florist's work is. Plus, the flowers got there early in the day, so my friend could enjoy them all day before going out for dinner.

I'm super happy with my Shopbop shopping, and I'll definitely keep coming back.

Concealer and eyeshadow palette
I just bought a concealer and eyeshadow palette from your store, and I gotta say, I'm really impressed with how good they are. The concealer covers up everything without being too thick, and the eyeshadow palette has awesome colors that mix together really well. I use them both every day now, and I'll definitely be buying them again.

Service Outage
The service outage we had was really bad. We had no service all day and got hardly any response on the open ticket. There was no way to complain or get help, and not having a phone number for urgent issues was frustrating. On top of that, they messed up our payments, suspended our account, and took forever to get it back online, if they even did. They didn't seem to understand how serious it was for our server to be down, which meant no email for our 10 staff, no microsite, and 3 websites not working. This level of incompetence is just not okay, so we're going to find another service provider.

I bought a coat online and paid for the delivery. I'm still waiting for my parcel and haven't heard anything from them! They took my money, no confirmation, no tracking info, no response to my emails! Please don't shop here online, it's a waste of money and time! I'm never shopping here again!

Unauthorized spam emails
This company keeps sending me sketchy emails every single day, totally breaking the rules under the CAN-SPAM act. They're basically working with shady folks and ignoring the rules just to make more money. They switch up their email address every time they blast out one of those annoying "commercial content" emails, so you can't even block them properly. I really don't trust companies that resort to sneaky and illegal advertising tactics. I wouldn't even suggest this company to my worst enemy. It's just sad that they're resorting to sketchy tactics and working with shady folks to boost their business - makes you wonder about their ethics as a company. And hey, each violation could land them a hefty $43,280 fine according to the FCC CAN-SPAM Rule.

Advertised Free Online Class
The information provided by this service was all legible and easy to understand and at first I had a lovely experience with it, but when I tried to quit due to time constraints I ran into a couple issues. I was told that it would be a completely free service and I wouldn't be charged, then I recieved a certification charge for $279, and when I confronted customer service about it they claimed that I consented to this charge, which I didn't. Their advertisement claiming that the service was free was false, and they did agree to delete my personal information, but even as I said that I didn't want to use the platform anymore they refused to listen and insisted that I continue to recieve free services for the next five years, which I didn't want. It's a scam. Don't waste your money
