Oversized shoes purchase
I got these shoes not too long ago, but they ended up being way too big for me. So, I reached out to customer service to see about sending them back. They were pretty quick to get back to me and sent me a label to ship them back. The return was done the same day, but it's been two months now and still no refund. I've tried contacting Vans many times, but no response. This lack of communication and delay in refunding has left me feeling pretty let down and frustrated.
