    Overpriced car cleaning supplies

    I ordered some car cleaning supplies a few weeks ago, and they were way too expensive. But I still haven't got them yet. I've sent many emails asking about my order, but they haven't replied at all. Obviously, their customer service is terrible, just like the reviews said.

    Let me tell you, I was really impressed with the CBD oil I got from here. I deal with anxiety and some pain, and I've tested a bunch of CBD products before, but none have been as good as Harrelson's Own. The fast relief I felt was amazing and it helped improve my mood and sense of calm a lot.     Quick drop-off

    So yeah, the guy who helped me out was really friendly and right on time! He was all like, "Hey, where do you need your things dropped off?" and I was like, "Just over there, buddy!" The spot was super close to the subway and the airport bus stop. So convenient, I didn't have to carry my stuff around all day. It was seriously the best!

    Lack of customer service response

    I recently tried to get in touch with customer service in a bunch of different ways, such as online, on the phone, and even through WhatsApp, but I didn't hear back at all. This lack of communication has really gotten on my nerves and let me down as a customer. Good customer service is super important for any business, and the fact that I didn't get any help or even a response to my questions just isn't right. Companies need to be quick to respond and pay attention to what their customers need, but in this situation, I felt like I was being ignored and not appreciated.

    My experience with the online shopping platform was so frustrating, eh.     I've been a loyal customer of this online retailer for over 10 years, buying stuff multiple times a month. Every time I've had any issues, the customer service team has been quick to resolve them. I don't get why there are negative reviews, 'cause my experiences have always been good. The customer service here is top-notch, always going above and beyond to help with any questions or problems. The products I've bought have been good quality and priced fairly. I've been shopping online for 15 years now, and I can honestly say this company always gives me a good shopping experience. Oh, and just so you know, they're based in Seattle, not China.
