French Manicure kit
I bought this French Manicure kit from Orly and honestly, it was a real letdown. The stuff just wasn't up to snuff, didn't do what it said it would. The nail polish chipped right away, and the tools were kinda cheap. I thought Orly would be better, you know? But nope, not impressed. I wouldn't suggest this to anyone who wants a nice-looking French manicure.

Cookware set purchase
I recently bought a cookware set from the store and had some issues with it. First, I tried to reach out to customer service through their website but didn't get any response. Then I called them four times, but two of the calls got cut off unexpectedly. This lack of communication really let me down. On top of that, the pans in the set had glue marks from the labels in the middle of them that wouldn't come off, even after following the cleaning instructions carefully. I've tried contacting them multiple times through their contact page, giving all the necessary info like order numbers, but still no luck. The unprofessionalism and lack of customer service is just not okay and has left me feeling really frustrated and unsatisfied with the whole situation.

I had an amazing time shopping online with this company. Their foundations, highlighters, and palettes are fantastic, and I'm really happy with what I got. The pencil eyeliner I got recently arrived quickly and in perfect shape.
The prices are a bit high, but the quality of the ingredients makes it worth it. I'd rather pay a bit more for products that don't have harmful chemicals and are good for my skin. Actually, compared to other pricey brands full of toxins, their pricing is quite fair.

Online ticket purchase for sports event
Buying tickets online for the sports game went smoothly without any problems. But, I had some issues with my phone on the way there, so it was hard to get to my digital tickets. It would've been nice to have the choice to print the tickets just in case. Even though I had to spend an hour on the phone with my carrier to fix the problem, I managed to get the tickets uploaded and get into the game. In the end, it was a good experience and I could enjoy the event without any big issues.

Expensive shoes, damaged upon arrival
I just bought a fancy pair of shoes that I was super excited about because of the big Black Friday sale. But when they finally arrived, I was so let down to see that they looked like they'd been worn already and the boxes were all messed up. It felt unprofessional and kinda rude to send out stuff like that to customers. I had to wait forever on the phone just to talk to someone about returning them, which was such a pain and took way too long.
