Leather handbag, wallet, personalized keychain
I picked up this really cute leather purse from here that's great for holding all my things, and I also got a matching wallet and a customized keychain with my initials on it! The leather is really soft and feels nice, and the colors are so pretty. I love how everything looks so unique and stylish.

Mother's Day Bouquets
I ordered two bouquets for Mother's Day, one for my mom and one for my mother-in-law. The first one came on time, but the second one was a disaster. It arrived three days late and both bouquets were brown and looked dead. It really ruined what was supposed to be a special day. When I chatted with customer service, they first offered credit for future flowers, which I didn't want. After I told them how disappointed I was and that I wouldn't order from them again, they finally agreed to give me a refund. It was a frustrating experience and I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone.

Expensive gift from a well-meaning elderly person
So I got this fancy present from an old person at Christmas, but couldn't use it because of my skin issue. Tried to take it back to the store with the receipt, but they only gave me store credit instead of cash. Even after explaining, the manager said no to a refund. Ended up using the credit on a pricey candle I didn't even like. Super bummed about how inflexible and unsympathetic the staff was. Won't be going back there again, for sure.

Birthday bouquet
I ordered a really nice birthday bunch of flowers for my mom and she absolutely loved it! The flowers were so fresh and colorful, and the way they were arranged was just stunning. The delivery was right on schedule and the customer service was top-notch. However, I found the prices to be a little steep for my taste.

I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews about this place, eh? I recently brought back a pair of sneakers that didn't fit me, and the customer service was fantastic, eh. They always got back to me right away whenever I had questions, and they kept me updated on my return status. They said I should get my refund in 3-5 days, which is pretty fair, eh. Overall, my return went really well and was easy-peasy, eh.

Canvas prints
The canvas prints I ordered were top-notch and looked absolutely fantastic in my place. There was a bit of a problem with one of them, but it was actually my own fault. But man, the folks at customer service were super nice about it and gave me three prints for free to make things right. They even said I could hook up a friend or family member with three free prints too. How cool is that!

Shipping costs for my order
I wanted to buy some stuff, but the shipping fees were more than $41! It's crazy! I usually only pay $9.90 for shipping from other American online stores, so I had to take everything out of my cart. EM Cosmetics, please reduce your shipping fees so I can actually buy from you. I guess I'll have to find makeup somewhere else for now.
