    Smartphone purchase - Chinese version

    At first, I was a bit unsure about buying from this online store because of some bad reviews. But I decided to take a chance. I chose to pay with PayPal and also opened a case just to make sure I was covered in case something went wrong with my order. To my surprise, I got my new smartphone just 10 days after I ordered it. It's in great shape and I even got it at a good discount. Even though it's the Chinese version, I had no trouble setting it up as the European version. The warranty doesn't work in the UK, but luckily I haven't had any issues with the phone yet. The only problem is that their customer service is a bit slow with emails, which can be frustrating at times.

    Horror movie ad overload

    Horror movie previews in ads are way too much on family shows. They keep popping up even when we're watching kid-friendly stuff. It's just not cool.

    Insoles purchase

    It feels like forever since I ordered these insoles, and they still haven't arrived! Seriously, it's been 3 whole weeks! I tried to get a refund but all they send me are these frustrating messages thanking me for being patient. Ugh, what a joke! This must be some kind of scam, hiding behind a fake name. Don't be fooled - don't waste your money on this bogus company!

    Broken strap repair

    I bought a bag from a store in Italy back in 2019, but the strap ended up breaking on me. With everything going on with Covid-19, I couldn't get it fixed right away. It wasn't until the summer of 2021 that I took it to a store in London and asked if they could repair it. Luckily, they were able to fix it up in just 3 weeks and didn't charge me a thing. My overall experience with the brand in both Italy and London was really great. Their customer service was excellent! Not to mention, the bags they have are absolutely beautiful. I'll definitely be buying more from them in the future.

    I decided to give Koho a try after a friend told me about it. I have to admit, I'm pleasantly surprised by all the perks it offers. Getting cash back on groceries and gas purchases without a monthly fee is a real game-changer for me. I haven't had any issues with the platform so far, and I like that they listen to feedback from users and keep improving their features. One of my favorite things is being able to lock both my virtual and physical cards for added security and peace of mind. It's good to know my card info is safe from unauthorized use.     Unique beach experience

    Man, I was so sick of doing the same old cruise excursions, so I decided to switch things up. And let me tell you, I'm so glad I did! Checking in was a piece of cake, and the staff were super nice and helpful, unlike some places I've been to. The stroll along the dock to the beach was so pretty and enjoyable. Once we hit the beach, we had our pick of comfortable waterfront lounge chairs, which were surprisingly good quality. The place wasn't packed at all, just a few other couples chilling around. The on-site bar was a pleasant surprise, serving up tasty food and drinks, even though we were told some stuff was closed for renovations. All in all, it was the perfect beach day and totally worth the money.

    Laundry, toilet, hand soap, multi-surface cleaner tablets

    I haven't tested out their bottles or soap dispensers, I usually just go for the tablets like toilet bowl cleaner, hand soap, multi-surface cleaner, and laundry detergent. I received hand soap dispensers and tablets as a wedding gift, but I'm not sure if they were ever used. The metal tins for the tablets are working really well for me.

    Easy to order but they were out of stock more than once

    I liked ordering from there because it was really easy, but they gotta work on keeping more stuff in stock. A couple of times they were all sold out of what I wanted. And then, when my order finally arrives, I have to pay extra for shipping because it's a small order. Not cool, guys.

    F1 Race Ticket Purchase

    So, I bought a 3 day pass for the F1 Race in Miami but I really just wanted a 1 day pass. I let Customer Service know right away, but they said no refunds and I'd have to sell the tickets myself. It's pretty disappointing that they couldn't help me out, especially with all the ways technology makes it easy to make changes nowadays.

    Black leather jacket

    I just bought this really nice black leather jacket from GONZA and it's amazing! The leather is so soft but also tough, and the design is really well done. It fits me perfectly and whenever I wear it, I feel super cool. The customer service folks were really helpful with sizing and making sure I got my jacket on time. Overall, I had a really great shopping experience with GONZA and I'll definitely be going back for more. Cheers!

    Non-progressive lenses with smaller frames

    I decided to give Liingo Eyewear another shot, and this time I went for non-progressive lenses with smaller frames to make my lenses less thick. I have to say, I'm really happy with how they turned out. The lenses are now 1/8 inch thinner, which is a big improvement from before. The new glasses with transitionals look really professional and sharp, much better than I thought they would.

    I just started today

    Today I started my lessons, but I found it difficult to move on to the next one. It kept showing me the same lesson I had just completed instead of progressing to the next one in line. I wanted to skip ahead a bit since I'm not a total beginner, but it was a challenge to do so on the website. The positive thing is that I really enjoyed the teaching style of the teacher.

    Online check-in seating charge

    I was really disappointed with the extra fee they charged me for picking an aisle or window seat during online check-in on this airline. I've never had to deal with that on any other airline, except for the low-cost ones. I think it's fair to pay for your seat when you book if you want a specific spot, but having to pay more at check-in when there are plenty of empty aisle and window seats just doesn't seem right. And even though I didn't go for the cheapest ticket, getting hit with an unexpected fee for choosing my seat was not something I was prepared for. This extra cost really made my flight less affordable. Because of this, I'll think twice before flying with this airline again.

    Late delivery, poor tracking, unsatisfied

    I'm really ticked off about my recent order from this company. I ordered it ahead of time, but it still hasn't shown up. The tracking info says there's no update, so I have no idea where my order is at. This lack of communication is not cool, and I'm pretty annoyed and disappointed with the whole thing. I've had to reach out to customer service a bunch of times, but I'm not getting any clear answers or solutions. So, I won't be buying anything from them again.
