Flight booking experience
I recently booked a flight with this airline and it was just awful. I had to change my departure date because of some unexpected stuff that came up, but then they told me I'd have to pay a big fee for that small change. Even after showing them proof of a family emergency, they didn't seem to care at all. Dealing with this airline and their lack of care for customers was super frustrating and disappointing.

I'm so disappointed with my recent purchase from this eyewear company, eh. The glasses I got were nothing like what I saw online, and the quality was just not up to par, eh. I could have found a better pair at the dollar store, honestly. Dealing with their customer service was a joke, it took forever to hear back from them. And the prices were way too high for the crummy glasses I ended up with, eh. Plus, the delivery was delayed and the packaging looked like it had been kicked around, eh. Definitely not shopping with them again, that's for sure!
