I just started making cards and found your website by accident. I gotta say, I'm really impressed. There's a ton of supplies to choose from and I've found everything I need to get going and get better at it. The demos and people showing how to do stuff on your site are so motivating and have taught me some cool new tricks. The hosts are great too, they make learning fun.

I bought an eyeshadow palette from this company not long ago, but it came all busted up. I contacted customer service right away, but it's been over two months now and I still haven't heard back. They're charging a lot for their stuff, so it's really disappointing to get this kind of service. I'm pretty upset about the whole thing.
