Even though I really like the stuff this company sells, I gotta say that I've been kinda let down by the customer service. Every time I ordered from them, my delivery was late and some items were missing. It's just too much of a pain to keep ordering from them with all these problems.

I recently bought a cosplay outfit for my husband from this store, and I gotta say, I was pretty happy with how everything turned out. At first, I was a bit worried about their return policy because they only give partial refunds, but I felt better knowing PayPal has buyer protection. We mainly chatted on WhatsApp, and even with the time zone differences between Canada and China, we managed to communicate just fine. I even asked for something that wasn't listed, and they were cool about it, sent me an invoice, and took measurements. When the stuff arrived, it was in good shape and good quality. Just a heads up, if you don't get parcel insurance, you might have to pay customs fees when it's delivered.

I was so stoked to check out all the clothes on this website, but gotta say, I was pretty let down overall. When I went to checkout and chose Afterpay as my payment method, I ran into some problems that stopped me from finishing my purchase. I tried other ways to pay, but they didn't go through smoothly either. On top of that, when I tried to update my phone number in my account settings, the site just kept sending verification codes to my old number, making me feel like I was going in circles. They really need to do some serious work on the software they're using on this site.
